    We loved the pool area and enjoyed visiting LOTTE World Adventure and the scenic beaches nearby. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, perfect for starting our busy days. Definitely a fun place for a group vacation!

    I enjoyed supper friendly and accommodating employees!

    The location of the hotel was amazing - not very far from Piazza delle Vettovaglie. The family room on the upper floors had basic facilities you need. Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I would go back in flash.

    Had a pleasant time at this hotel. The pool was a fun experience, especially for families, although it was quite crowded. The amenities were decent, but the dining options felt overpriced. Staff were generally helpful, yet some struggled with English, which was a bit inconvenient.

    A Unique Stay Surrounded by Nature's Beauty

    We enjoyed the amazing views from our Beautiful Family Twin Suite Mountain View! The kids loved the exciting pool area and the vibrant Hello Kitty room was a hit. Plan on dining in the hotel. The food is delicious but comes at a premium.

    Hotel staff were helpful to inform us of good places to visit in the island. We enjoyed the volcano show. It's proximity to convenience store, and local town. However I would recommend to visit Jeju and rent a car at the airport as it is not convenient to move a round without having own transportation.

    Rather hi price and not much to do in the hotel in the evenings. They can do better by having some entertainment programs and other smal events to keep customers busy.

    It was pretty good. It had casino and indoor pool.

    Everything was cost of something. To go to pool you need to pay 10000 won every single time and every breakfast is about 50000won. Too much expenses.

    The hotel was so enjoyable, especially the amazing pool area where my kids had a blast! We also visited LOTTE World Adventure, a highlight of our trip. The spacious room overlooking the mountains was an added bonus for our family getaway.

    In my wife's opinion, it would be great if they had more variety in the kids' menu to keep them excited at meal times.

    The service is excellent! This is a big hotel and yet, staff were warm and friendly. It is evident that they are dedicated to their jobs and do their best in any situation. The duty free shop is good though it is not big. Discounts were given even without asking unlike the other duty free shops.

    It's a bit far from the city. The airport limousine buses were very regular so I guess this is not a major problem for most people. I wish they have shuttle services to some major Seogwipo shopping and restaurant areas for the convenience of guests.
